Resumo:
The present study aims to analyze the way brands can use influencer marketing to create brand awareness and reinforce the brand s positioning. Therefore, a qualitative case study of Alexandre Pavão s brand and its launching and promoting strategy on Instagram was developed. The results show the strategies and the brand s initiatives with influencers, which allowed it to target a specific market niche and to relate to consumers who are at different stages of the customer journey.
