Resumo:
The study aims to investigate the experience of people who are visually impaired in relation to the services offered by Apple, in addition to the functionality of its products. For this, qualitative exploratory interviews were carried out with 50 Apple consumers from Brazil who are visually impaired. Through the answers obtained, it was possible to understand the journey of these consumers, how they were influenced to have their first contact with a technological device, how they got to know Apple, and what their experience and relationship with the brand is like.
