Resumo:
The present study seeks to analyze how vulnerable low-income consumers are within a society, considering that their level of education and purchasing power can restrict them in the face of market practices. After the pandemic, there was an extraordinary increase in consumer complaints to legal bodies due to new consumer contact with e-commerce. However, this scenario only served as a magnifying glass so that we could see beyond the adaptation of the consumer to the new consumption habits and the problems that already existed. Based on this, exploratory technical-projective research was carried out in order to collect data on the knowledge and attitudes of low-income consumers in the midst of consumption situations.
