Resumo:
The present study seeks to analyze the atitude of consumers towards the 7p s of Marketing mix of the restaurants Koni and Gurumê inside Rio Sul shopping mall. Therefore, a qualitative research was carried out for two groups: consumers of Koni and the consumers of Gurumê, englobing all 7p s of the marketing mix. The research had na exploratory character and was held with eights person s per group, men and women between 19 and 30 years old. These answered questions about: Porduct/Service, Promotion, Place, Price, Processes, People and Physical Evidence. With this, the research was carried out on top of the data collected and the comparison between the opinions of the two groups and their diferente opinions.
