Resumo:
This study aimed to understand the motivations that lead fans to affiliation to their teams supporter programs and also the factors that keep fans away from a possible adhesion. Sixteen qualitative interviews were conducted online and synchronously, separated into two groups of eight individuals, one being affiliate team supporter members and the other non-members. Were sought to understand the motivation for affiliation or not to the programs of their clubs. As main points for adhesion and maintenance in the programs, the main factors found were the discount and preference in the purchase of tickets, feeling of financial aid in structuring the club and cost-benefit of what is offered compared to the amount paid. The main factors for non-adherence of fans turn to clubs with less transparency in management, high competition in the purchase of tickets and a complicated economic scenario were key factors in non-adherence of fans.
