Resumo:
The objective of this Course Completion Work is to map the activity flow of the preparation and formulation of the Bill of Lading document, presenting the risks and bottlenecks present in the preparation and submission of the document. The advent of industry 4.0 technology; Blockchain, is then presented, showing its characteristics that provide the need for improvement to the commodity import/export company (private companies). By mapping and presenting the most important characteristics of the Bill of lading and its flow in current maritime trade, possible improvements in the flow of document activity are proposed, through a blockchain that meets the present need. The use of the advantages and benefits provided by such technology has as its main objective, to solve the risks and bottlenecks with a programmable blockchain.
