Resumo:
This work presents the valuation of Multiplan, a Brazilian shopping mall management company. In addition, we analyze the shopping mall sector in which the company operates, and the impacts of the COVID 19 pandemic in the Brazilian shopping malls segment. The valuation will be made using the Discounted Cash Flow method in order to determine the target price for the stock, and recommending a buy or sell rating. The results indicate that the stock is undervalued, hence the buy rating due to the upside it presents.
