This study aims to analyze the practices used by large companies to operationalize their open innovation programs. In order to achieve this goal, a exploratory research with employees of Cubo Itaú companies and various theoretical references were used. From this, suggestions were made in order to increase the efficiency of the relationship between established companies and startups.
