This study intends to calculate the fair value of Assaí Atacadista by using the discounted free cash flow for the firm model. Historical data and the company s expectations about future financial performance are used to project the free cash flow from 2022 to 2027. Lastly, a sensitivity analysis is used to address the impacts of important variables in the fair value of the company.
