The project aims to make a complete analysis of beauty e-commerces, using
the Segredos de Salão website as a reference and proposing the necessary
improvements considering all the steps and evaluations proposed by the
concept known as Human-Computer Interaction such as: Tests, Personas,
Questionnaires, Heuristic Assessments and Usability Methods. After applying
the methodologies, it was possible to identify several problems that really
impact sales and traffic on the platform related to layout, standardization of
screens, error prevention and ease of purchase journey. It is concluded that
the website requires changes so that the user experience within the platform is
accessible, practical, and efficient, attracting greater visibility to the website
