Resumo:
This academic work seeks to contribute to the broad knowledge of the area of Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG), combining a climate risk metric as a metric for risk analysis, to then give a new perspective of how our environment can influence our asset s value. This project presents a possible relationship of the brazilian stock exchange (Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão - B3) data combined with meteorological data from the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (INMETRO), thus bringing an insight of how the pricing of the processed food industry can be influenced by meteorological variables. The main focus of this undergraduate work was to carry out a study on price volatility based on its relationship with meteorological variables.
