This study aimed to adress the strategies and tools of talent management in a hotel company through a case study. Based upon this, the research has the following objectives: analise the policies of recruitment and selection of employees of performance evaluation and carreer planning considering the practices of training and developing, and of talent retention. The methodology used to conduct the research was a study case of a descriptive, qualitative and quantitative matter. The company showed that offers programs for development and training of talents, so they can improve their performances and leadership skills.
