This work sought to identify which leadership factors present in the Full Range Leadership Model are more and less valued by Generation Z youth, as well as their perceptions of such factors. The field research was carried out with members of Generation Z who live in Rio de Janeiro and are from areas such as Administration, Economics, Engineering and Psychology. The questions in the interview script were built based on the LMQ – Multifactorial Leadership Questionnaire. From the results, it was identified that the factors most valued by these individuals are individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, idealized influence and contingent reward. The least valued factors are Management by exception passive and laissez-faire.
