This work aims to identify the behavior of consumers who attend or have attended the Mama Ruisa Boutique Hotel, in addition to trying to identify what each guest wants to find when selecting a place to stay, whether for a vacation, a weekend or even even on a walk. In addition, this article also aims to find out what Mama Ruísa offers to its customers, which makes it one of the most popular on travel sites like Booking, for example. In possession of this information and answers, a general analysis was made and the tastes and desires of each interviewee were verified.
