This study seeks to understand the impacts of the pandemic, specifically social isolation, in the event Taste of São Paulo. Currently, there is a significant growth in the e-commerce of food products and in the delivery sector, which together with the new restrictions imposed by covid-19, led to the new type of gastronomic event analyzed in this research. The brand innovated by holding the festival at home, taking to customers the meals and services they previously offered in the physical environment. Therefore, the perspectives of the three audiences participating in the event will be investigated: the organization, chefs, and consumers.
