Resumo:
The main aim of the extended essay was to investigate the level of satisfaction between the employees of the company Roda Conveniência. The metodology used was the five factors of job satisfaction scale: Satisfaction between colegues, wage received, with the presente boss, origin of the activity and promotions. A research regarding life quality at work was made too. The investigation was held in Rio de Janeiro with employees of diferente sectors. The factors which mostly contributes to employees satisfaction and insatisfaction were: the company s boss and wage. Besides that, the chosen samples afirmed that stress levels are an everyday phenomenon and that there is no balance between personal and professional life.
