Currently, information changes with great speed, surpassing resources that have been widely used. In this scenario of constant dispute of customer attention, brands need to outline strategies that talk well with their goal and with their target audience and, seeking to know their client will be something increasingly constant, due to the fact that consumer preferences change with each new technology launched. Therefore, the aim of this study is to address these marketing strategies for an online store of women s clothing in the retail industry that, due to the constant changes mentioned, has been in need of innovation, seeking to respond to how an online store can stand out among so many competitors.
