Resumo:
This Project aims to find out with there were changes on the consumer s behavior regarding the transicion of physical stores to the virtual environment, with emphasis on women s clothing retail. For this, was made a field research through focus group to acquire qualitative data about the consumers. Being an important theme, due to growth of this new sale s channel that was accentuated by the coronavírus pandemic lockdown.
