Resumo:
Generation Z appeared a short time ago and is entering the labor market. It is considered the first Generation that was born with advanced technology and this directly influences its behavior, including the in the organizational environment. It is importante to understand the characteristics and behaviors of these Young people so that managers can develop effective ways to attract and retain new talents that are emerging in the job market. This study aims to identify the people managment practices most valued by Generation Z. For this, a field survey was carried out with young people from this Generation. And as a result, it was identified that these young people value the prospect of professional growth quality of life at work, without giving up good remuneration.
