Through the methodology of the business case, this study aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using the business budget as a planning and control tool at Scafom-Rux Brasil, a company that operates in the scaffolding and sanding market. For this, qualitative research was carried out with two managing partners of the company. The results showed positive and limiting impacts.
