This research seeks to study the jewelry changes in the physical and e-commerce shift during and after the covid pandemic. The analysis is both theoretical and exploratory, driven by a questionnaire answered by 16 shopkeepers and 166 consumers. The investigation concluded that online sales in this sector are growing rapidly, and that shopkeepers are optimistic about this development. In conclusion, jewelry stores need strong adjustments in their marketing strategies in order to gain the confidence of customers in this new scenario.
