The present study identified the perception of young people who recently entered the labor market about the impacts of leaders with narcissistic traits in their professional experiences, and how these characteristics influence the management of companies where they work or have worked. The field research was carried out with young professionals who have up to five years of experience and who belong to different companies and areas of expertise. From the results, it was possible to identify different impacts on the management of organizations, which vary according to the narcissistic traits present in their managers.
