|
The purpose of this work is to develop a study on the
implementation of a Plan of Function and Wages for the W
Engineer Co., which is a small enterprise, starting the
operation in the area of civil construction. It is ideal to
start the application of adjustment in the beginning of the
operation. Firstly, all the attribution for each position
and function were detailed and evaluated conferring to each
a punctuation. A comparison analysis with market s salary
was conducted in order to confer to each function a
correspondent salary. It is also noticed that the W
Engineer Co. is already paying the employees according to
the market.
