Resumo:
This work suggests the implementation of a proper human resource policy for the fast-food franchise of Pepê, in other words, a human resource policy in the operational level for a small company. The paper will show the benefits which will come from applying a rigid criteria of employees selection, a suitable training program, an incentive program and a salary and position plan, reaching a greater operational effectiveness, as a result of having motivated employees. It will also show the existing problems regarding human resources and will suggest solutions that value the employees, emphasizing their great importance for the company s success and having the franchise reach excellence in the area, so that it can expand itself.
