This work had as objective the study and the organizacional
analysis of the Company Biocárdio Commerce and
Representations Ltda., on the basis of the four last years,
through the instrument Balanced Score Card. This instrument
made possible to point out the problems of the company and
after that it presented solutions for the return of growth.
