Este trabalho teve como objetivo o estudo e a análise
organizacional da Empresa Biocárdio Comércio e
Representações Ltda., com base nos quatro últimos anos,
através do instrumento Balanced Score Card. Este
instrumento possibilitou apontar os problemas da empresa e
em seguida apresentou soluções para o retorno do
crescimento.
