The purpose of this work is to analyze the current data
flow performance of the company. This will allow us to
detect problems and sources of inefficiency and propose
measures with the objective to implement new information
consolidation processes and reporting trough a better usage
of the available resources in most of the companies. After
that analyze the results of this work and check on the
improvement.
