Nova Friburgo comes if highlighting nationally as main pole producing of fashion summons, however he/she doesn't identify in this pole, while unit, any systematic structuring of the activities, of the processes or of projects. One of the deficient areas of it analyzes deepened is the logistics of the operations of the companies and the objective of this study is to identify, together to the producers, some main problems related to the physical distribution of the lingerie products and you analyze them to the light of the theory, relating them to the possible causes and associating consequences of these, being the present work a report of the observations and of the data obtained through research. It is intends to supply initial theoretical subsidies that allow to the readers the understanding of the aspects mentioned as problematic in the current reality of the pole, making possible them familiarization with the present state of things and objective conclusions.
