This study aims to investigate how and if Ame Digital s actions during the Rio de Janeiro Street Carnival in 2020 expanded the experience of revelers in the blocks. For this, exploratory research was carried out in
two stages: In the first stage, secondary data were consulted that allowed a greater knowledge of the sector and its challenges besides serving as a basis for the development of the next steps of the research. In the second stage, an interview was conducted with employees responsible for Ame Digital s action at the Rio de Janeiro Street Carnival in 2020 and partner companies carrying out brand actions with Ame Digital during the Carnival period. In addition, interviews were also conducted with revelers who knew or did not know and/or used the Ame Digital application in the blocks. Among the main findings, we can highlight the positive result of the brand in its action and success in its presence of brand during the action.
