MetrôRio is a public mass transportation company from Rio de Janeiro that is in a high complexity operating area, mainly because of your rails, trails, stations and others. To achieve the organizational objectives, a company must be full of capacitated and talented people, because the human capital is one of the main factors that make the success of a company, so that it can be chosen by the population. To make it possible, is necessary an effective process of recruitment and selection. This area is responsible for attract, select and identify the best candidates and possible talents, either from inside or outside, so that it allows the company to have enough human capital and qualified to do your job with excellence and quality.
