This study intends to present the main strategies of Iguatemi Company over the years 2016 to 2020 and their respective effects on the Result of the Financial Statements and on the Company s Operating and Financial Indicators. The study is based on Iguatemi s performance year over year and it can be evident that the Company remains one of the biggest players in the shopping mall sector in Brazil and one of the favorites of its consumers. Its financial result shows resilience in face of periods of economic crisis in Brazil, managing to maintain its main profitability figures within the guidance.
