Resumo:
This research seeks to analyze the emotional style of fashion retail leaders, especially the understanding of which emotional intelligence skills leaders have. The article begins with a theoretical framework that intends to introduce the concepts of leadership, traits and attributes of leadership, emotional intelligence as well as the pillars that make up such a skill. After the theoretical introduction, a qualitative research is started with a questionnaire to evaluate these sets of skills in entrepreneurial leaders who work in fashion retail, with the next point being the verification of the research results. The study follows with a conclusion and final considerations on the topic, focusing on the importance of emotional intelligence for the effective and efficient performance of leaders.
