Resumo:
This study identifies Nokia Brazil young professionals perception of the effects the mandatory Home Office due to the Covid-19 pandemic have on their quality of working life. The research was made with the company s interns that work in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo on the commercial, human resources and technical sectors. According to the results, it is possible to identify that the interns have been going through a rough period of adjustment since working from home became the new normal. Opinions vary on the positive and negative sides of the Home Office, but all the interviewees are unanimous regarding the company s social climate, and how it has been affected by the lack of personal contact.
