The COVID-19 pandemic changed the world as we knew it, and with the music events sector it was no different. Online events presented themselves as a safer alternative amidst the chaos so that the population could keep themselves entertained by following their favorite artists, without putting their health at risk. This study aims to understand what the future of these online events will be once the pandemic is in the past, especially when compared to in-person events. To reach a reasonable conclusion, the study had eight respondents, divided between four businessmen in the industry and four consumers. The content presented here has great value for those who are collaborators in that area, and for those who wish to know more about it.
