Resumo:
This study aims to analyze consumer behavior in the purchase of physical books of romance on Amazon by people of generation Z, residents of the city of Rio de Janeiro and what are the main motivators in purchases made through the channel. The study was carried out with consumers of e-commerce romance books, with ages varying from 28 to 19 years old. For this, a qualitative exploratory research was carried out and interviews were made through video calls to collect the information. It was concluded through it that generation Z consumers have a very similar profile to each other in several aspects, despite not being very defined, since they have different characteristics and concerns at the time of purchase.
