This study intends to present Credit Receivables Investment Funds as a financing alternative for companies in need of capital. Going through a brief explanation of securitization and describing the operation, characteristics and regulations of the prepayment of receivables by Credit Receivables Investment Funds, in comparison with loan / financing operations of other tools, mainly by banks.
