This work aims to show the strategic and financial benefits that a company can have by adopting the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology. A case of a specific company is analyzed. This company, given the scenario of COVID-19, decided to automate their processes in order to reduce costs and increase its competitiveness through the standardization of processes and gain in scalability in the operation.
