Over the past few years, a new buying behavior has been discussed and motivation for buying has been changing. People seek benefits, advantages and good choices, and in the face of a scenario of global change in consumer behavior, due to the media, new habits, life prospects, new markets have been gaining ground. The thrift store market, despite having been around for a long time, has been growing over the years and gaining ground due to this change in behavior as well. Thus, this study aims to analyze the profile of consumers and understand their preferences in the thrift store market.
