The goal of this study is to analyze the differences in personality among collaborators working in traditional big companies and startups, establishing a comparison regarding their overall satisfaction as employees. It is important to assure the intention of the measuring people s satisfaction in the workplace it is to understand if some characteristics of their personalities would give a glimpse of how satisfied this people would be working in startup or traditional companies. During this study a survey with thirty workers was carried out, were twenty of them are current in a traditional company and the other ten ones currently work for a startup in the same area. This survey brings information on demographic data a perception regards some concepts related to the workers personalities and satisfaction in their workplace. With some analysis in hand it s possible to see that are common personality characteristics that can be highlighted in professionals working in the startup s environment, indeed.
