This technological article proposes a performance management model for the Consulting Club PUC-Rio. It seeks to understand the context of performance evaluation and its management by performing bibliographic analyzes. The article also investigates the context of consulting clubs around Brazil, allowing produce a final model suitable for the portrayed club.
