Resumo:
This study aimed to analyze generation Y consumption behavior in e-commerce and, from this perspective, to define which marketing actions should be taken to influence the customer of this age bracket to consume in greater quantity through the internet and bring those closer together that until then were not comfortable with the Brazilian e-commerce buying and selling model. In this study, a quantitative descriptive survey was conducted in a survey format with 114 young people from Generation Y, the sample being non probabilistic. The survey, in addition to raising demographic data, also collected data related to consumer behavior of this generation.
