Resumo:
This study aimed to identify how the situational leadership is able to affect the workplace, specifically the satisfaction of employees, when considering a crisis scenario. For this purpose, a qualitative research was conducted, based oninterviews with professionals from companies that belonged to different segments, including small and large companies. Based on the perception and comments of the interviewed, this study presents the principals job related impacts of the COVID-19 crisis to the interviewed, the consequences to job satisfaction when the leader shows behaviors of situational leadership and when the leader does not present this behavior and the implications of this study s result to leaders, followers and organizations.
