Resumo:
Founded in 2013, the Distribuidora FX it s a distributor of hygiene and professional and domestic cleaning, located in Vila Velha - ES. The Company is present in the market more than six years now, but just started to invest in digital marketing about six months ago. Recently they built Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin accounts. They also have an email and a website under construction. This monograph aims to analyze the channels, contents and strategies on social media of the company. To reach that, analyzes of interviews with customers and company employees were made. Improvement opportunities on social media were found with the results of this research. Also recommendations were made to enhance their reach and engagement.
