The present study aimed to analyse the perspective of HR professionals on the potentialities and limitations of online selective processes for graduate level internship positions. In this regard, a research was carried out on the main subjects related to the theme, by the most diverse authors. The theory was correlated with the perceptions of HR professionals, from different levels and companies, obtained in interviews that were qualitatively analysed. As a conclusion, it was possible to notice the optimization of activities and the possibilities for innovation that online selective processes bring to professionals in the field. However, it is necessary to beware of the characteristics, personal or circumstantial, of the target audience.
