Resumo:
The theme of study is the impact of the Brazilian culture in a global business environment. The literature review analyzed the characteristics of the business culture of the following countries: Brazil, Argentina, German, Colombia, United States, India and Ireland. With the exception of Brazil, the field research was conducted with people from each one of the countries named before and who have experiences dealing with Brazilians in the business work environment. It was noticed that the perception of the interviewees varied according to their nationalities and to their individual experiences, being both the most important factors of the opinion towards Brazilians in the work environment.
