Resumo:
The project consists of applying control over an apparatus with 4 degrees of freedom (yaw, roll, lateral displacement and translation) that allows the observation of the dynamics of motorcycles. The apparatus will be 3D modeled and open loop simulations will be made in order to test all of its degrees of freedom. Once the modeled apparatus is complete, control will be applied so the system can make different movements defined by input signals. Besides the apparatus the motorcycle itself will also be simulated and controlled on some degrees of freedom (wheels rotation, handlebar steering and conductor inclination) by the same procedures of the apparatus and, possibly, together. Once all the simulations are done the movements will be applied to real motors and servomotors through Arduino microcontroler integrated to Simulink, a MatLab tool used to make all the simulations.
