Resumo:
This paper had the gol to unveil the female consumers behavior and its impact on the product development in H.Stern A survey to detect the modern woman s profile was conducted to be related to the updating process of this Company. The results were confirmed through this survey. What H.Stern had thought fit this new (perfil). So like other Companies, H.Stern has gone through an important updating process.
