Resumo:
Over 30 years acting in the fuel retail market, the Dois de Dezembro Gas Station seeks and has always seeked its clients full satisfaction. During the last years, the consumers have become more demanding and to attend these demands its necessary to understand the wishes, needs and expectations of the clients. So the present work intends to mensure the clients satisfaction level with the gas station, because its known that the ability of well- attending the clients needs is the most important competitive advantage the gas station can count on its way to the success.
