Resumo:
As a product of the entertainment , the soccer espectacle game in the stadium has a lot of barriers that limit the frequency of a fan-consumer. This work shows an analysis of the complex consumer decision process of going to the soccer stadium using an income segmentation of the Rio de Janeiro fans (Low Income and High Income fans). The High Income consumer is emotive and search for an atractive leisure option supported by his high buying power. The Low Income consumer is rational and prefers to save money searching for a cheaper leisure option. The relation between exported athletes and the emptiness of the stadiums complement this work not confirming as a considerable result.
