Resumo:
This study seeks to determine the value of Uber Technologies Inc., in order to verify if the company is priced above or below its market value. The valuation model used was the subscription – based approach and, comparatively, a relative valuation based on multiples. In addition, this study intends to analyze and understand the internal and external factors that affects the company, the sustainability of its business model, the Uber market and its future strategies, organized in a SWOT matrix. Based on the data collected and the analysis performed, it was possible to verify that the company is being priced below its market value and therefore it is recommended to buy the share.
